1. Overview

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the 7D DAD platform, operated by Smart Investor Leader. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

2. Products & Services

7D DAD offers the following purchasable products and services:

• Pro Dad Membership — A one-time lifetime access membership ($47 founding rate) granting full access to all platform features including video content, financial assessments, community posting, card games, certifications, and all future updates.
• Gift Subscriptions — A Pro Dad membership gifted to another person on your behalf.
• Coaching Sessions — One-on-one or group coaching sessions with certified 7D DAD coaches.
• Physical Merchandise — Branded apparel and accessories fulfilled via print-on-demand through Printify.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By submitting a payment, you authorize Smart Investor Leader to charge the stated amount to your provided payment method.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Any changes will not affect completed purchases.

4. Digital Products — Refund Policy

Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital content delivery, all sales of digital products (Pro Dad Membership, coaching content, assessments) are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Smart Investor Leader in the event of a technical failure preventing access. To request a review, contact us at support@7ddad.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. Physical Merchandise — Returns & Exchanges

Physical products are printed and fulfilled on demand. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or size issues. Please review size guides carefully before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number at support@7ddad.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

6. Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once the redemption code has been issued. If the intended recipient already has a Pro Dad membership, please contact us before completing your purchase.

Redemption codes do not expire.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we ask that you contact us directly at support@7ddad.com so we can resolve the matter. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your platform account.

8. Access & Account

Pro Dad membership is tied to one user account and is non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Sharing account access with others is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination without refund.

9. Modifications to Services

Smart Investor Leader reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or service at any time. In the event of a material change that significantly diminishes the value of a Pro Dad membership, affected members will be notified by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
